HC Deb 03 July 1893 vol 14 c779

Order for Second Beading read.

MR. J. MORLEY

Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read a second time."—(Mr. J. Morley.)

Motion agreed to.

Bill read a second time, and committed to Thursday.
