I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether the Government will consider the desirability of including salmon in the Deep Sea Fisheries Bill, which they have announced their intention to introduce at an early date, especially as salmon is a deep sea fish?

The Government, after full consideration, has resolved not to include salmon in the forthcoming Fishery Bill.
