FOSTER (Suffolk, Lowestoft)I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board the following question, of which I have given him private notice: What will be the scope of the inquiry of the proposed small Commission in connection with the proposed Unification of London? Will it be competent for the Commissioners to take evidence in support of the creation of a number of Municipalities for the Metropolis as in the case of Croydon and West Ham, for which Charters of Incorporation have recently been granted?
