Resolution [21st February] reported,
That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of any sums with respect to the purchase and acquisition of lands payable under any Act of the present Session to enable Her Majesty's Postmaster General to acquire lands in London, Liverpool, and Leeds for the Public Service, and of all expenses connected with carrying into effect the provisions of such Act.
