I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if he can conveniently state with how many different patterns of rifle the combined British and Egyptian force in Egypt is at present armed?

Of the Egyptian troops a small portion have Remingtons, the remainder Martini-Henrys. The British troops have Lee-Metfords and Martini-Henrys.
