BAYLEY (Camberwell, N.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the proposed modification of the regulation as to repayment of discharge-money when a soldier re-enlists, he will in the meantime exercise the power he possesses to suspend the regulation in the case of Susan Bennett, to enable her to receive a portion of the money she paid?
