§ The Committee was accordingly nominated of,—Mr. Bartley, Mr. Causton, Mr. Cavendish, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Fisher, Mr. Flynn, Mr. Howell, Sir Herbert Maxwell, and Mr. Francis Stevenson.
