KENNEDY (Kildare, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that originating notices, for the fixing of fair rents, served by tenants in the Celbridge Union, County Kildare, from two to three years ago, have not yet been heard by the Land Commission; and, if so, whether he will direct the Irish Land Commissioners to send down a Sub-Commission to hear them without delay?
