HAYDENI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether resolutions have been received from the Athlone and other Boards of Guardians, requesting that in consequence ill the reduction in the Government rate of interest, a corresponding reduction will be made in the instalments for the repayment of loans for the improvement of land in Ireland, by adopting a lower rate of interest, and extending the time for repayment?
