§ MR. W. E. GLADSTONEI will to-day accede to the wish of the right hon. Gentleman so far as Monday is concerned. On Monday I propose to move the Speaker out of the Chair for Committee of Supply, not for the purpose of taking active Supply in Committee—for which we are not yet prepared—but for the purpose of filling the Chair, which it will be our duty to do. After that we propose to proceed with the introduction, first, of the Registration Bill, with respect to which a desire for a preliminary statement has been expressed; next, with the Employers' Liability Bill; and, thirdly, with the Railway Servants' Hours Bill.
