HANBURYI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he can state what number of reserve men are at present in the employment of Railway Companies; and whether they receive the ordinary wages of such employment, or are subjected to any reduction on account of being in receipt of reserve pay?
§ *MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANI have no information which will enable me to answer this question; hut the hon. Member is no doubt aware the Railway Companies have agreed to allot a certain proportion of the vacancies which occur in their service to men of the Army Reserve.
