HC Deb 09 February 1893 vol 8 cc880-1
MR. KEA

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state the number, if any, of fair rent appeals lodged before 1st June, 1891, which still remain undecided by the Fair Rent Commissioners?

*MR. J. MORLEY

It is reported by the Laud Commissioners that the total number of fair rent appeals lodged on or before the 1st June, 1891, still remaining to be disposed of is 228.

MR. A. O'CONNOR (Donegal, E.)

May I inquire whether the Commissioners are going to make any arrangements for dealing with the existing arrears?

MR. J. MORLEY

I do not think I can answer that question without notice.
