HIBBERTThe decision of the Treasury on this matter was communicated to the Commissioners of Customs on the 13th December last, and it is through a misapprehension that it has not been announced to the Memorialists by the Commissioners. This will now be done. I am obliged to the hon. Member for calling my attention to the omission.
