I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will lay upon the Table the Correspondence between Shipowners, Chambers of Commerce, Mr. John R. Wigham, the Commissioners of Irish Lights, the Trinity House, and the Board of Trade, which has taken place since the issue of the last Return on the subject of lighthouse illuminants?
