§ *MR. EDMUND ROBERTSONAs the hon. Member lots already been informed, steps have been taken to investigate the grievance of which he complains. A Report has just been received from Commander Tizard and Mr. Fryer, of the Board of Trade, who have held the investigation, and this Report will receive the early consideration of the Admiralty.
