MORLEY,) Newcastle-upon-TyneThe Report in question, which was only received by the Local Government Board on the 20th instant, has been referred to the Board's Inspector for the district. The matter must necessarily take some little time before a decision can be arrived at, but I am assured it will be disposed of at the earliest possible date.
