HC Deb 27 December 1893 vol 20 c266
MR. W. LONG (Liverpool, West Derby)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether the medal for noncommissioned officers of the Volunteers is to be made of bronze; and, if so, is he prepared to reconsider the decision, in order that till the Volunteer decorations shall be of the same metal?

* MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMAN

As I have already said in answer to questions on this subject, the nature and conditions of this decoration are still under consideration.
