§ THE SOLICITOR GENERAL (Sir J. RIGBY,) ForfarOn the part of the Attorney General I have to say that it is not at present proposed to introduce any legislation on the subject of the responsibility of Directors next Session. It is a difficult question which requires very long consideration.
