Member for West Cavan, I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether he will order, in the interest of the officials, 203 also in the interest of the Public Service, that the revised Book of Rules recently issued to Head Postmasters shall be open to the inspection of the clerks of the Belfast Post Office, including those in the sorting department?
