§ MR. BARTLEYI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies when he will be able to lay further Papers upon the Table on the subject of Matabeleland?
§ MR. S. BUXTONThere would be no advantage in presenting further 208 Papers at present. All news of interest in regard to the military operations has appeared in the Press; and with regard to political questions, the correspondence is not yet complete. But I have already undertaken to lay Papers in time for their consideration before any Vote is asked from the House.
