§ THE FIRST COMMISSIONER OF WORKS (Mr. SHAW LEFEVRE,) Bradford, CentralHis Royal Highness the Ranger has agreed to my recommendation that cyclists should be allowed to pass along Constitution Hill when open for carriage traffic; and revised Rules will shortly be issued for giving effect to this concession.
