§ MR. P. M'HUGHI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can account for the delay in presenting and issuing the Return, Justices of the Peace (Ireland), ordered by the House on 10th February last; and when the Return will be circulated?
§ MR. BRYCE (for Mr. J. MORLEY)I understand that the Return has been presented to the House. It is a very voluminous one and has taken a large amount of time in preparation. It was laid on the Table last Thursday, and I am informed it will be at least a month before it can be printed.
