I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when the correspondence with reference to the blockade of the coasts of Siam last, promised on 14th November, will be circulated?

SIR E. GREY

As I stated in reply to a question of the hon. Baronet the Member for Kingston on Monday, it is not yet possible to name a date when the Papers relating to Siam, which will contain reference to the blockade and other matters, can be presented.

Will the Papers include the documents with reference to the ordering of British vessels outside the line of blockade?

SIR E. GREY

I have already gone into that question with the hon. Member, and I cannot make any further statement as regards Papers which are still in preparation.
