§ MR. WOODALLI beg to assure my hon. and gallant Friend that this important matter is receiving the closest attention. Besides the Report of the Visitors, an inquiry has for some time been proceeding into some of the arrangements at Sandhurst, which require reform, and the Secretary of State is desirous to give effect as speedily as possible to some, at least, of the suggestions made.
