Member for Merionethshire, as representing the Charity Commissioners, if he is aware that the parishioners of Methwold, in public meeting assembled, have passed, almost unanimously, a resolution in opposition to the new scheme for administering an endowment belonging to the parish, amounting to about £37 per annum; and whether, in view of that opposition, the Commissioners will with-the draw scheme?
