asked if it was possible to read a Bill a third time on the same night that the Report stage was taken, when clauses had been inserted as Money Clauses?

MR. SPEAKER

replied in the affirmative.

SIR R. TEMPLE (Surrey, Kingston)

said, his constituents would be extremely glad to hear that the Bill had passed.
