DALRYMPLE (Ipswich)I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether a school that has fulfilled the requirements of the Code for a course of cookery can properly be deprived of the full grant that it has earned because of a change in the date of inspection; and, if so, whether Article 97 (Code 1892) may be altered to provide for such a case?
