HC Deb 01 December 1893 vol 19 cc268-9
MR. LABOUCHERE

On behalf of the hon. Member for Caithness, I beg to ask the Attorney General whether the attention of the Public Prosecutor has been called to the public examination by the Official Receiver of the Directors of the Lands Allotment Company, the Liberator Building Society, and other allied companies; and whether it is proposed to take any further steps in the matter?

THE ATTORNEY GENERAL (Sir C. RUSSELL,) Hackney, S.

The attention of the Public. Prosecutor has been called to these cases. He is carefully considering them. It is not desirable, in the public interest, that I should say more than this.
