asked to be allowed to explain that this Bill consisted of one clause taken from the Home Rule Bill in accordance with the Motion of the right hon. and learned Member for Bury (Sir H. James), and which was voted for by the whole House. There was a perfect agreement on the matter, and he did not, therefore, see how anybody could object to it.
