MORTON (Peterborough)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether it is correct that the Middlesex Clerk of the Peace demands and obtains fees amounting to about £10 10s. for the admission of each and every Justice to the Middlesex Bench; and, if so, whether he is right in making such charges?
