HC Deb 28 August 1893 vol 16 cc1201-2
MR. COLLERY (Sligo, N.)

I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether any complaint was made to the Post Office Authorities at Dublin or Sligo of the conduct of Mr. Sampson, an official in the Sligo Post Office; if so, what was the nature of the complaint, and by whom made; and whether any investigation was held; and, if so, what was the result?

MR. A. MORLEY

The complaint made to the Postmaster of Sligo related to the alleged action by Mr. Sampson in attempting to proselytise a servant girl who is not in the service of the Department. I would refer the hon. Member to a reply I gave to him on July 24.
