§ THE PATRONAGE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. MARJORIBANKS,) Berwickshiresaid, that they proposed to take the Estimates on Monday and Tuesday, the Navy Votes being proceeded with first, and on Wednesday to begin the Third Reading of the Home Rule Bill.
§ In answer to Mr. TOMLINSON (Preston),
§ MR. MARJORIBANKSsaid, that any time between the Navy Votes and the Third Reading of the Home Rule Bill would be devoted to the Civil Service Estimates.
