BALFOUR (Manchester, E.)After the Resolution which was passed yesterday, I understand that on Friday, when the Amendment under discussion is concluded at 11 o'clock, we shall only divide on the Government Amendments. I suggest that it would be for the convenience of the House if the Government Amendments could be printed separately without the Amendments on which we cannot divide.
