said, he thought this would be a convenient opportunity for the Committee to hear the views of the -right hon. Gentleman the Member for Bury with regard to the insertion of the words he desired respecting flags. He moved to report Progress.

Objection being taken to Further Proceeding, the Chairman left the Chair to make his report to the House.
