§ MR. MUNDELLAThe Report of this Committee has only just been circulated, and the evidence is not yet available, so that I have had no opportunity of considering it with my right hon. Friend 428 the President of the Board of Agriculture. Under these circumstances, we are unable at present to make any statement on the subject.
