HC Deb 14 August 1893 vol 16 c236

Order for Second Reading read, and discharged.

Bill withdrawn.

MR. T. M. HEALY (Louth, N.)

said, that when this Bill came on he was induced to allow it to go through at the request of the Patronage Secretary to the Treasury. The Lords had now riddled the Bill with Amendments, and as the promoter of the Bill had objected to his Bill that night, he would see when the Lords' Amendments came on that they were fully discussed.

House adjourned at ten minutes after Twelve o'clock.
