SIR C.CAMERON (Glasgow, College)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been called to the statement that the name of J. W. Hobbs, a convict, is still on the Commission of the Peace for the Borough of Croydon, and that that of Jabez Spencer Balfour is still on that for the County of Surrey; and, if so, whether he will take steps to have these names struck off the lists of Justices of the Peace?
