Prelate, I am enabled to state that the Charter is already in print, and will be circulated to-morrow morning. Not having had notice of the other question which the right rev. Prelate has asked me as to the other information he requires, I cannot absolutely promise anything in the matter; but I will endeavour to ascertain whether it can be given, and if I find that is the case I shall be happy to furnish it.
