§ VISCOUNT CRANBORNE (Rochester)May I ask what time will be given to the discussion of the Report on the Education Vote which was closured last night? The Government last night pro- 1009 mised to report Progress at au early hour, thus recognising the enormous importance of the Vote. I should like to say, further, it was stated that there was no precedent for devoting two days to the Vote, hut in 1890 two days were given up to the Vote.
