HC Deb 21 April 1893 vol 11 c908
SIR GEORGE RUSSELL (Berks, Wokingham)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if it is intended to proceed with the Liquor Traffic (Local Control) Bill this Session; and, if so, when?

THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. W. E. GLADSTONE, Edinburgh, Midlothian)

The time has not yet arrived for Her Majesty's Government to form any judgment whether they will or will not be able to persevere with all the Bills announced in the Queen's Speech and mostly by this time introduced to Parliament. Of course, duo and full notice will be given before the Government take any steps with reference to the Bill to which the hon. Member refers.
