§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADE (Mr. MUNDELLA,) Sheffield, BrightsideCommunications have been received from certain shipowners and associations against the alterations in the Articles named. These will be carefully considered, together with any others which may be received during the period of three months from the opening of the Session, for which the rules in draft will remain on the Table of the House.
