HIBBERTThe Official Letter of the Board of Trade authorising the opening of the line was dated the 13th, received by the promoting company on the 14th inst., and forwarded the same day to the working company, with a request that arrangements might at once be made for the opening of the line. The Board of Works have asked the latter company to state when the first train will be run, but I have not yet received the reply.
