PINKERTON (Galway)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state the amount annually collected for maintenance rate in the Lough Neagh drainage district; what are the relative proportions of the sums paid for maintenance of officers' salaries, and travelling expenses of the members of the Drainage Board; and why a yearly statement of expenditure is not submitted to the cess-payers.
