§ LORD G. HAMILTONThe question of fitting a ship for drill purposes in connection with the Gunnery School at Sheerness is now under consideration, and no definite decision has yet been arrived at. The ship so stationed at Sheerness would have a "care and maintenance crew" on board. The gunnery establishment would provide the staff necessary for training.
