SIR J. GORSTThere have been taken two Army Votes, two Navy Votes, and one Civil Service Vote—total, five. There remain to be taken sixteen Army Votes, fifteen Navy Votes, and one hundred and eleven Civil Votes—total, one hundred and forty-two.
