JORDANI beg to ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office if the Government, in pursuance of their new policy, have yet succeeded in purchasing building ground in Londonderry on which to build the proposed new barracks; if so, will he state the cost of purchase per acre, and the whole amount; and how that price compares with the cost at which ground might have been obtained in Enniskillen?
