§ ADMIRAL MAYNE (Pembroke and Haverfordwest)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he can state what action the Government intend to take on the Report of the Committee upon the Greenwich Hospital Pensions?
§ LORD G. HAMILTONThe evidence given before the Committee has not yet been published, and there has, therefore, been no opportunity of considering the reasons which influenced the Committee in arriving at the decisions given in their Report. The Go- 979 vernment will, however, take the subject into consideration as soon as possible; and if the hon. and gallant Gentleman will repeat his question after the publication of the evidence, I hope then to be able to announce the action we propose to take in the matter.
