CROSS (Liverpool, West Derby)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether any Petitions have been presented under the Municipal Corporations Acts, 1859 and 1882, for the alteration of the number or boundaries of the wards of a borough; and, if so, whether he can state the names of the boroughs by which such Petitions have been presented?
