CAMERON (Glasgow, College)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury if he would say under what scheme or by what arrangement of the Treasury does the Roman Catholic priest of Liverpool Prison, with a daily population of 800 and commitments of 19,000, receive £300 a year, a house, and pension, while the Roman Catholic priest to Glasgow and Barlinnie Prisons, with a combined daily population of 1,200 and commitments of 26,000, receives £100 a year and has neither house nor claim to pension?
