HC Deb 02 May 1892 vol 3 c1769
MR. KNOX (Cavan, W.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Sub-Commissioners who sat to hear land cases in Cavan last summer adjourned, leaving some twenty cases which had been listed unheard, saying they would return in three weeks, but have not sat there since; whether he is aware that some cases in the district which were entered four years ago have not yet been heard; and whether the proper steps will be taken to have these cases disposed of?

* MR. JACKSON

I should be much obliged if the hon. Member will postpone this question in order to enable us to make inquiries with regard to it.
